Nique de la Fuente | CEO & Digital Hype Woman
Born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska, I’ve always felt at home where mountains meet the ocean. My journey has taken me around the world—from the Philippines to Hawai’i to Louisiana—each place shaping my love for community, culture, and connection.
With a background in sales and a natural curiosity for many things, I’ve become a Jane of all trades. I’ve always loved diving into new challenges and learning along the way, which led me to create Social Summit Connect. It’s where I combine my passion for supportive relationships and my diverse skill set to help brands grow and thrive.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my boyfriend and our two pups, Fletch & Bering, planning my next adventure, at a dance studio, or gathering friends for a game night.
Professionally, I keep everything running smoothly so our clients and team can climb higher—together.

In third grade, I lost a school-wide spelling bee by misspelling the word erasable. I’m not at all still salty about it. The fact that I still remember the mistake accurately sums up my obsession with words to this day. I love grammar and getting lost in the weeds with words - a skillset I’ve been lucky enough to utilize in my 15+ year career of writing and editing.
When I’m not furiously typing away at my laptop, I’m snuggled up with a good book and a cup of coffee, rewatching Derry Girls and Schitt’s Creek for the umpteenth time, on the hunt for the best tiramisu around, or traveling and spending time with my favorite two people - my incredibly handsome and talented husband (guess who suggested that) and my rad daughter.
